Collector
Manchester, NH
We have an opening for a full-time exempt position responsible for collecting delinquent accounts.  This position will be responsible for the collections of direct and indirect consumer loans, mortgage loans and mobile home loans.  Negotiates appropriate and reasonable remedies to bring accounts current and analyze member's financial standings while projecting potential losses.

Requirements:
High school diploma with at least three years of collections experience in mortgage, mobile home, consumer loans and/or credit card collections.  Working knowledge of Word and Excel required.  Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections regulations, Bankruptcy practices, Investor (FNMA) and PMI Company reporting and guidelines.  Should possess excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm with alternating Saturdays from 9am to 6pm.
 
Director, Information Technology
Manchester, NH
We have an immediate opening for a strategic management position that is responsible for the direction of our Information Technology department.  It will require the manager to identify cost-effective IT solutions to provide solid performance and member service.  Ensuring the Enterprise Network meets the business nees and all industry security regulations and practices are aligned to protect member data.

Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Information Technology with ten years of increasing responsibility to include planning, budgeting, operations, information security and system change management.  Managerial experience a must with five years banking experience related to the implementation systems and technology infrastructure.
 
Business Development and Retail Sales Manager
Manchester, NH
We currently have an opening for a
member-friendly leader to serve the community of Manchester.  The successful candidate will effectively conduct business development while ensuring that deposit, consumer and small business lending production goals are achieved.

Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field with five years managerial experience in a sales and service industry.  To be successful in this position one must have experience in the origination and processing of small business and consumer loans with three years of successful lending, sales, member service, and branch operations.


 
Tellers
Manchester, NH
Currently we have part-time openings available in our DW and Elm Street offices. These positions will consistently demonstrate excellent service to our members by accurately and confidentially process member transactions, and by effectively making referrals that will assist us in building long-lasting relationships with our members.

Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalency) is required, one year successful track record in high volume customer service environment, preferably in cash handling position.  Knowledge of deposit and loan products is desired.  Well organized and ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining a pleasant and friendly manner.  Good analytical / problem solving skills and mathematical skills, previous 10 key and computer proficiency desired.  Willing to work as a team player and take on varied assignments.  Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (i.e., bags of coin) and remain standing for extended periods of time.
