Manchester, NH—St. Mary’s Bank, the nation’s first credit union, is pleased to announce the promotion of Daryl J. Cady to executive vice president, chief operating officer and treasurer and Steven J. Macek to senior vice president, director of retail lending.

Covey, president and chief executive officer of St. Mary’s Bank. “Under their experienced leadership, St. Mary’s Bank is well-positioned for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.”

Cady joined St. Mary’s Bank in 2006 as executive vice president and chief financial officer. In her new role, she will have more direct responsibilities for the departments reporting to her, which include finance, facilities, deposit and loan operations, information technology, risk management and business area support.

Macek joined St. Mary’s Bank in 2006 as vice president, retail lending manager. His new position requires greater focus on growing consumer and mortgage loans and building strategic relationships.
