For Community Business Loans For commercial loan relationships up to $50,000:
For Commercial and Industrial Loans - Term loans, Equipment loans, Vehicle loans, Lines of credit For commercial loan relationships $50,000 and above:
- Completed and Signed Commercial Loan Application
- Completed and Signed Personal Financial Statement
- Business Financial Statement – Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement (last three years)
- Personal Tax Returns (signed) with all attached Schedules (last three years)
- Accounts Receivable Aging Report
- Accounts Payable Aging Report
- Inventory Listings
- Equipment Listings
- Business Plan (to include 12 months Sales and Expense Projection) -If new business venture
- Corporate/Partnership/Trust Agreement Documents
- Certificate of Existence (or Trade Name Certificate if Sole Proprietorship)
- Listing of Existing Debt, complete with creditor names, addresses and telephone numbers
- Written explanation of any previous credit problems
- Attach a photocopy of each Borrower(s)/Guarantors(s) Drivers’ License
For Real Estate Loans - Commercial Property Mortgage Loans, 5+ multi-family mortgage loans:
- Completed and Signed Commercial Loan Application
- Completed and Signed Simplified Personal Financial Statement
- Business Financial Statement – Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement (last three years)
- Personal Tax Returns (Signed) with all attached Schedules (last three years)
- Copy of Environmental Report
- Copy of Appraisal
- Corporate/Partnership/Trust Agreement Documents
- Certificate of Existence (or Trade Name Certificate if Sole Proprietorship)
- Copy of Deed
- Leases Self Tenants
- Purchase & Sales Agreement
- Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Form
- Business Plan (to include 12 months Sales and Expense Projection) - For new construction loans
- Listing of Existing Debt, complete with creditor names, addresses and telephone numbers
- Written explanation of any previous credit problems
- Attach a photocopy of each Borrower(s)/Guarantors(s) Drivers’ License
- Copy of most recently paid real estate tax bill
